Being a full time shopaholic I’m always having in mind a list of fashion items I dream to buy some day (not the actual list, mine is only in my head). Since the complete list would cost a fortune and doesn’t change a lot, as time goes by I begin to doubt if some of the products are still fashionable or it’s time to forget it?
It’s been a shitty weather in Moscow to say the least and no summer is forecasted, actually. We didn’t plan any trip this year at all which is another depressing fact. I became realising that I don’t want to spend my long-awaited 2 week annual leave in the city with no summer. We needed to escape.
Once I was driving home and stuck in traffic as usual. So I was going through my Instagram feed again and again when suddenly I stopped on @missguided post. On the last pic I saw the most perfect fringe jacket and fell in love. Perfect dusty pale pink color, long fringes, cozy and soft faux suede. I never shopped at Missguided before and I even didn’t know if they ship to Russia. So I started to bomb their Instagram with comments. The next comment should be: «Never mind, already paid for it». I didn’t even made it our from traffic!
I couldn’t wait to style it with denim shorts and my favourite desert boots from asos. To note, they are literally desert boots because I haven’t cleaned them after visiting the Death Valley National Park.
The jacket arrived right up to a long weekend so I took a friend and a camera to shoot these beauties.
Long story short. Well, it’s actually not a long story at all as everything related to me dreaming of new stuff. On Instagram I’m following a Parisienne blogger and gorgeous girl Carin (@parisinfourmonth). About a month ago Carin posted a photo of her pale pink scarf. It was love at first sight.
If you look at comments you’ll see that Carin’s friend knitted it for her birthday. Wait a minute…I can’t buy it??? Are you serious? Ok then I’ll do it myself! I need to say that I have no idea about how to knit at all. I know a little about sewing, but knitting — zero.
Agh if only I could handmade that Louis Vuitton bag too…
Back to the knitting. I’ve talked to my friends with kids and also done some youtube research and ended up with a lovely tutorial from WOOLANDTHEGANG. I was super happy and ready to order all these needles and wool but noooo. They have not only a perfect pale pink yarn, but also a perfect turquoise one. And now I have the hardest choice to make. So…
Yesterday was a perfect day for a walk. It was snowing [finally!] and not so cold, so we decided to take our good boy to the park. It was super fun! We saw a squirrel! Honestly, we thought they are hiding in winter, but then she (or he?) took a hazelnut from under the snow — bon appetite!
I was wearing literally three layers of clothes, two jackets and that’s why we had a chance to walk more than 15 minutes. In the end all three of us were frozen and happy. Finally winter is here!

I promised to myself that I will start a blog as soon as I get a new macbook. I was lucky to find it under my Christmas tree this year. My boyfriend made a crazy surprise for me, though I haven’t been good enough to get such a present.
This is just to say ‘hello’
